Regency Events have been providing equipment for the islands corporate hospitality requirements since 1993. Operating exclusively in Guernsey, Jersey and the smaller Channel Islands, we have a unique understanding of the local business community. Hundreds of local and UK mainland companies have used our services when planning corporate hospitality events in the islands, many of them have become valued regular customers.

When planning for outdoor corporate hospitality events in Guernsey, we have a selection of marquee hire including modern clear span aluminium frame pavilion marquees, traditional marquees, a big top marquee and our unusual shaped Pavilion 2000 range.

With our range of modern aluminium frame pavilions, marquee corporate hospitality events no longer need to be a seasonable affair. We are providing marquees earlier in the spring and later in the autumn every year. Our climate is changing and so is the marquee technology. Our modern tents can have wooden floors, opening doors and ducted heating systems (see below).

Corporate customers require a fast, efficient service with the minimum number of local suppliers or sub contractors and at the keenest price. Apart from the catering, Regency Events can provide all our customers outdoor hospitality needs in Guernsey including furniture and linen, full electrical installations with lighting and mobile generators, stages, small public address systems and luxury mobile toilets, etc. We can even provide marquee theme parties.

For indoor corporate events, we are pleased to be able to transform just about any indoor space in Guernsey or Jersey. Over the years we have provided equipment for hospitality events in churches, sports halls, underground car parks and aircraft hangars, etc.

For mainland UK companies using our services here in Guernsey there are regular flights with Flybe from London Gatwick, Southampton, Birmingham, Manchester, Norwich, Belfast, Exeter, Dublin and Edinburgh. There is also a fast ferry service from Poole or Weymouth with Condor Ferries.

For off season corporate hospitality events, we will keep your guests warm and cosy with our marquee heating which provide a gentle flow of ducted warm air into the marquee.
